Course Description:

You will have this class every other day over the course of 18 weeks.  This breaks down to 45 class periods at 83 minutes. Foods 8 cooking will be about learning how to cook and bake foods from different food groups.  Kitchens will make different foods and then the class will do group taste test. We will also have a unit on dining etiquette and run a spaghetti restaurant for the teachers.
