Lesson Plan: Today students read Chapter 21 of The Broken Blade. They were given the choice to read with a partner or to read with the teacher. As they read, they were asked to look at any of the vocabulary words they came across and make a guess at what they mean. They were also asked to stop at the bottom of each page and answer the question Who did what? Students had a chance to go to the computer lab and view a site that is devoted to the Young Voyaguer. They could explore voyaguer vocabulary, music, art, and other aspects of the voyaguer lifestyle. |
